DY-DZ-810 fully automatic bag water filling equipment

This device is a new type of bagged water filling equipment 

that has been repeatedly tested and improved based on the 

first generation bagged water filling machine.

The main equipment consists of a frame, mechanical transmission system, 

film feeding system, traction mechanism, flushing film sterilization device, ultraviolet device

Composed of heat sealing and hot cutting devices, filling equipment, etc. 

The whole machine is made of refined stainless steel material, which meets 

the national drinking water production standards.

Each process is controlled by PLC and completed accurately 

through a touch screen using computer programs according to 

design requirements. 

The whole machine is equipped with a thin film length gauge

Quantity adjustment device, multi-channel sterilization treatment, 

mechanical transmission, no need for air pump, low noise, 

imported electrical appliances, high filling accuracy, sealing

The mouth is unique and hygienic, with a bag breakage rate of ≤ 5 ‰, 

no leakage, and easy and stable operation.
