Generally, you can set the temperature to+5 ℃ to+10 ℃, and then wait for 2-3 minutes to try again. If the temperature is still not high enough, continue to try increasing and shrinking. If there is excessive shrinkage such as rupture after contraction, that is, if the temperature is too high, depending on the severity of the rupture, lower the temperature in the temperature control meter and try again every 2-3 minutes.

The conveying speed of the shrinking machine
When the furnace temperature is slightly low, rotate the motor speed adjustment knob counterclockwise to slow down the transmission speed, which is equivalent to appropriately prolonging the heating time of the shrink film in the furnace, preventing wrinkles caused by incomplete shrinkage due to too short a heating shrinkage time of the shrink film; The speed adjustment knob can also be used to quickly pass the product through the furnace when the furnace temperature is too high, shorten the time for the shrink film to stay in the furnace, and prevent the shrink film from cracking due to excessive shrinkage. Achieve satisfactory shrink wrap effect. (When using PE shrink wrap for packaging, the judgment of the effect also needs to consider the air volume and blowing angle of the cooling fan unit at the end of the machine.)
The air volume and speed of the fan
The fan of the shrink machine has the function of balancing the temperature of the hot air inside the furnace, and when turned on, it forms a rotating airflow (hot air), which tightens the shrink film on the surface of the packaged product. Excessive or insufficient wind speed can cause excessive contraction or relaxation of the shrink film, resulting in wrinkles. Therefore, when debugging the shrinkage effect, we should also consider the factor of fan speed when considering the furnace temperature and conveying speed. It is necessary to select whether the fan power meets the standard, and whether the fan blade diameter and installation position are appropriate. If the product is relatively small and light, you can slow down the wind speed appropriately, install smaller blades, or even replace the fan with a smaller power. For large individual products or metal products with fast thermal conductivity, it is appropriate to use fans and blades with higher wind speed and volume.
Common troubleshooting of heat shrink packaging machine
1. The conveyor network is not rotating: the conveyor switch is malfunctioning, please replace it; The speed control board is damaged, please replace it; The potentiometer is broken, replace it; The conveyor motor is damaged and needs to be replaced; The conveying mechanism is stuck, check and eliminate the fault;
2. The hot air motor of the heat shrink machine does not rotate: the hot air switch is damaged, replace it; Motor damage, replace;
3. The reason why the heat shrink packaging machine is prone to material accumulation in the center column is due to poor shrinkage packaging, the size of the heat shrink packaging machine does not match the design size of the center column, and the labeling machine is not adjusted properly. Choose a labeling machine that is stable, easy to adjust, and has a high tolerance for errors in the size of the heat shrink packaging machine.
